I've been a member of the Magic The Gathering community since my first booster pack of Mirage in 1996.

For the first 3 years, I was strictly a casual player as I had no store to play in. Then I got my taste of tournament play in 1998 and the Fire began. My talents lie in numbers, odds, stats, and deck design.  I am a very good limited player and have my moments in certain constructed environments.

Other CCG's played: Pokemon, Star Wars (Decipher), WWE Raw Deal, Lord of the Rings TCG, dot//Hack, Warlord, Vs. System, Legend of the Five Rings

Eddie has been a friend since 2001.  We met as students at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville, TN.  Eddie has always been a rules junta.  Eddie has been a judge and TO in just about every game he's played, including a current DCI Level 1 Judge.  Eddie has had several PTQ Top 8's, a SCG Standard Top 8 (8th - Atlanta 2013) and a GP Top 32 (22nd - Charlotte 2013)  Eddie also has impressive records in other CCG's as well.

Jeremy has been a friend since 2001.  Jeremy has been playing since Arabian Nights.  He tends to enjoy playing Midrange, Rock style deck (and impersonating The Rock alot).  If you see him tapping a Forest for mana, that is completely normal.  Jeremy always comes up with interesting deck tech.  Don't let his article fool you, he has several PTQ Top 8's, a TN States Top 8 (5th - 2012), and Day 2 of GP Nashville (126th - 2012).  He also is very experienced with other CCG's as well.

Other CCG's played: Star Wars (Decipher), WWE Raw Deal, Lord of the Rings TCG, 7th Seas, Vs. System

Matthew Norton - magog29 on Twitter and MTGO
Columnist - Skullcrack

Matthew has been the most accomplished player for the longest time.  Matt has a Grand Prix Top 4 (Memphis 1999), several GP day 2 qualifications, a US Regionals Top 8 (5th - Southeast 2002), a US Nationals appearance (66th - 2002), a SCG Standard Open Top 16 (10th - Nashville 2012), a SCG Legacy Open Top 32 (17th - Nashville 2012), two SCG Standard Open Top 32 (19th - Nashville 2010, 22nd - Atlanta 2013), and more PTQ Top 8's than I care to count including a 3rd place finish for qualification for Pro Tour Return to Ravnica. Matt's countless hours of playtesting and constantly looking for that mise that will give him an edge has led to his success, not only in Magic, but also in Vs. System and Lord of the Rings at a professional level.

Other CCG's played: Star Wars (Decipher), WWE Raw Deal, Lord of the Rings TCG, Vs. System

Scott is one of the few players I haven't know that long, but I can tell you that he has tremendous potential.  Scott is the jet-setter of the group, playing in as many SCG Opens, Invitationals, and Grand Prix in the US as he can find time to do.  Scott is a red mage at heart and his fire for the game has never gone out.  Scott has a State Championship Top 8 (5th - 2003), several GP day 2 qualifications, a SCG Standard Open Top 8 (2nd - Indy 2011), a SCG Standard Open Top 16 (12th - Birmingham 2012), a SCG Legacy Open Top 8 (4th - New Orleans 2012), and a SCG 10K Top 32 (18th - Charlotte 2013).

Magic has been a large part of my life since 1998 when my grade 3 teacher introduced me to the game, I have been hooked ever since, (much to the dismay of my finance). Until recently I had never played in any sanctioned events (except a few sealed events every now and then). I have chosen to stick primarily to a local Legacy community, and am an old school combo player at heart.
