You're in the finals of a Pro Tour Qualifier with the Blue Envelop on the line.  You have played tight magic all day to the point you haven't dropped a single match....

My plans for this past weekend went down in a blaze of glory.  I had originally planned to go to Roswell, GA for the PTQ Dragon's Maze but due to family issues I couldn't make it but at least I had a backup plan.  My backup plan was to head to my FLGS and play in a Trial for GP Charlotte.  I opened an insane, bomb heavy pool:

One of the biggest questions that I get asked is how to get to the next level.  Learning to build decks to beat an environment is certainly important to get an advantage (albeit temporarily) but there is a much more important way to improve your game and get you to the next level: Tight Technical Play.
